AWWA opened in 2026 in Tibubeneng, one of the most loved areas of Canggu. The heart of the hotel is a 25-metre pool painted by the artist Koketit — her lines continue on the mirrors, robes and interior details.

Lease rights to hotel units
Investors acquire lease rights to individual units of the hotel. The transfer is executed by an Indonesian notary under a deed of transfer of lease rights (Pemindahan Hak Sewa).
The hotel is operated professionally by Padma Mitra Management. Owners receive regular reports from the management company.
