One team from the land plot to the guest's check-out
We don't hand a building over and walk away. The same company that builds a project stays responsible for how it works.
Land and due diligence
We check title, zoning and the history of each plot before anything is designed.
Permits
Projects are built under Indonesian building approval (PBG) and certified fit for use (SLF).
Construction
Our own engineers, quantity surveyors and project managers control every stage on site.
Hospitality
Properties are run by our management partners, so guests feel care and owners see the results.
Hospitality is a craft. We work with people who master it.
Our operating properties are managed by Padma Mitra Management. For Salt of Virgin we partner with The Lux Collective, the international hospitality company behind the SALT brand.
